Electrician did a great job. Took the time to explain the problem and how it was fixed. He was polite and the whole thing was very affordable. We will be using them in the future!

We would like to take a moment to express our appreciation for your efforts, and the efforts of others at ACI, to solve our furnace and heating problems. Nothing required you to work with us as you did to resolve our issues, but you did so anyway. And we are convinced that your dedication to improve our situation is uncommon. We also wish to thank Randy Ashby and Jason Strobel. These young men have integrity, and are honest and courteous. The are quality employees - and the represent ACI exceptionally well.

Dean was thorough and efficient; in addition he was knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to me. I was impressed with his methodical problem solving and NEATNESS. I know Dean had several calls before mine and was probably tired and hungry, but he never complained. Im an ACI customer for life!

We have had terrific experiences with ACI and, in particular, Dean, who performed the service at our home. Dean provides fantastic service before, during and after an appointment. He confirms in advance, arrives on time, provides a thorough overview of his findings and manages follow-up well. The professionalism is superior. The admin staff is also fantastic. We inadvertently paid an invoice twice that ACI brought to our attention and corrected.

We have used ACI since we bought our fixer upper 2 years ago for maintenance on the heating system we knew nothing about. Dean has been our technician for 2 of the 3 visits we have requested. Dean is informative, patient with questions, efficient and professional. The communication from the ladies in the CDA office was appreciated on letting us know Dean's schedule and when he would arrive.

Had a problem with my furnace due to a repair from another company. Called ACI and they sent a tech out. Dean showed up, was very Professional and Friendly. He even called to tell me he was running about 10 min. late. He found the problem, repaired it and explained in detail what the problem was. ACI is now my a/c & heating repair company. I can't say enough good about the tech. (Dean) and ACI.

I want to thank you for your excellent and timely service. My Hot Water tank went out on me on a weekend and the entire Team of employees were effecient and rapid response. I have always received excellent service from ACI and will recomment to anyone who asks. The guys that should be commended on their work are Dean, Jason and Jim.

9 PM FRIDAY NIGHT. Furnace dies. Called ACI. Dean is our repairman and was here in no time. Ignitor had gone out. We could have had a long cold weekend had it not been for Dean. He is wonderful.

Dean was very knowledgeable and courteous he did not enter our home before covering his feet to protect our floors, and he took time to explain why our heater was not working. He replaced the needed part but explained that our heater was very old and might need to be replaced in the future if it continued to break down. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and will use your service in the future if needed.

I couldn't be happier with ACI. Jason Huss spent a lot of time with me both before and after typical hours and helped me make the right decision between repair vs. replacement. Dean then repaired the furnace with excellent service and knowledge. They will both have my future referrals.

Dean and his colleague did a very thorough diagnosis of the furnace including vents and condensation drainage Very professional and very knowledgeable of the Trane furnace. Listened to my concerns and worries and did not leave me hanging. Explained the issues that was easy to understand. Very pleased with their work. The company was very responsive to my needs and concerns and sent out a technician that morning.

We bought two heat pump units- we have enjoyed working with your people- all of them are friendly and eager to help. Had a few fixes required and Dean came through today on our upstairs unit and got it repaired and running again!!! He got the problem isolated after two visits from other technicians-ordered the parts and got it done!-quickly. We have already recommended you to one of our friends who bought a heat pump unit also-very satisfied all around.

Jeff Goodey did the service on our furnace and air conditioner. He was very good explaining what he fixed, how everything looked and if we had any concerns be sure and call back if problem was still there.

ACI installed a new heating system in our home and their work was impressive. The salesman was knowledgable, thorough and pleasant to talk to, leaving us without the slightest feeling of being pressured. The equipment looks and works great and the guys who installed it were very impressive. They took special care to protect our hardwood floors and carpeting and left the machine room cleaner than when they started. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new heating and cooling system.
