I WENT TO STORE AT EAST WALNUT, NEW STORE TWICE. GOT SAME RUDE LADY AND LEFT BOTH TIMES SAME, NO HELP. SHE'S RUDE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING. LOST SOME OF MY PHOTOS. I COULD HAVE DELETED THEM IF I'D WANTED TO. NOT HAPPY WITH THAT STORE AT ALL. DON'T PLAN ON ANOTHER VISIT THERE. SHE DIDN'T CARE IF I LEFT UNHAPPY OR NOT, WHICH I DID. WILL BE LOOKING INTO ANOTHER PLAN SOMEWHERE.

Very rude service. Clerks did not speak English and talked in Spanish. Clerks ignored the sign in system and took customers out of turn. Contacted both the store and corporate. Neither felt an apology was needed. Service very spotty. I was sold a phone that could not be repaired because it was obsolete 3 months after i got it.
