I have been going to this car wash occasionally for several years, as it's in my neighborhood and I've always felt they did a good job and had good prices. So when I needed my seats shampooed prior to a car show, I took it here.



I warned the young man working the line that I had car stereo equipment under the seat, wiring, etc, and that it cannot get wet. I told them not to shampoo the carpets. They did shampoo the carpets, or their tool has an amazing overspray ability, as the carpet in my car was wet from firewall to rear seat ledge.



When I started the car and the stereo turned on, it made pops, clicks, and only one speaker worked. Lights on the amp showed that it was in a protective mode. I alerted the manager, livid about this. He tried to claim that the carpet wasn't wet (it was sopping wet to the touch). And that it was overspray from their shampoo equipment that made all the carpet, even under the seat, wet. The shop that did the installation had me bring the car in to diagnose the problem. There was water inside the amplifier which had shorted it and blown capacitors. Thankfully I have photos of this.



I've left a voicemail with the owner and sent him an email as well, but have yet to hear a response. I imagine that I will have to go to the car wash and speak directly to the owner. I will be contacting their corporate offices tomorrow if I don't hear back from the owner.

They damaged our car. The manager will do nothing. I called the corporate office. Nobody is ever there except the lady who answers the phone. I left multiple messages for the owner with no call back, And i was informed they have NO INSURANCE to cover the vehicle.s
