if I could give a 0 star on here I would...never again am I ordering anything online let alone going through UPS...I have never had a problem with you all till now. how can you sit there and tell me that you "lost" my package, how is that even possible...like for real. I understand things get misplaced but lost of 16 days, is not acceptable to me by no means at all. I am demanding a refund and I will make sure people do not use you all.
I do not understand why they call it customer service. The phone just keeps ringing. When I called the main customer service number, they told me my overnight package was miss sorted in DFW. They could not give me any more info, to check back later for an update. ***Horrible customer service*** Makes me want to change my business shipping to a different company.
They dont even pick up the service phone. What type of business don't respond to their customers call?!!?!
They really do not earn even one star. My disabled son is working for them as a seasonal worker. Actually, at this point, I think he is volunteering for them, as he has not received his last two pay checks. This is the sloppiest business I have ever encountered. The checks he has received have been given to other employees to give to him. He has asked that they stop doing this, so now he just does not get a check. The first one he missed went to another city, and why it was not sent back immediately, since this is a hub, could never be explained by the HR department. Now he has missed his second check, and they have no explanation. Is it just their disabled employees who do not get paid or do they screw over all of their employees. Will definitely be filing a complaint with the Department of Labor and a grievance under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Very sloppy business practices. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!
If i could give no stars and a negitive review i would!! I called about why i have not recieved my check from working. Three weeks and I still have not been paid and when I asked HR all i got was to keep checking my account... no tracking or follow up. Called HR again because i ran out of fuel to even make it to work now and some guy Bruce anwsers but i lost signal then i call and call and nobody anwsers i am sure i am not ever going to be a ups customer now and will share this experience on ward
this is the worst serivce i ever seen. I tried to call them about a package that was sent to them and before i could get the question out he told me to call someon else and hung up on me i tried calling 3 more times and he hung up on me again. This wouldnt make me mad but the fact that im in afgan and its hard to call the states. This kind of sericve should not be allow period.
