UP needs to take care of their right-of-ways in the small town of Kosse,Tx. There are dead trees all along the right of way on the north end of town. My home backs up to the right of way and I have had Trees and limbs falling on my fence. The city office, the mayor and I have called trying to get something done. A large tree fell today and I had to pay to get it removed. If one of those trees fell across the tracks at night guess what would happen!! Derail and train cars in houses or in yards!!! This needs to be addressed. I am trying to keep from legal matters but it is a liability on the RRs part. If nothing is done I will be contacting an attorney to see what can be done.
