Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered! Try calling them and see how many days it takes them to call you back. When they do call you back, you better drop your baby, your dog or your fork to answer that phone, because you will have to start the whole process over again if you miss the call back. Forget getting anything covered under warranty either-they make everything your fault and say it's not covered. Under their warranty, it is your responsibility to take apart your entire grill each time you use it and clean all the internal burners, the heat distribution plates etc, not just the cooking grill. If the grill falls apart and rusts through after a year of sparing use, even if it is always covered, it's still your fault and nothing is covered. Try ordering parts and notice how you will pay more for the shipping than for the parts. Buy another brand that has good customer service if you plan to keep your grill for more than a year! You have been warned!!!

Customer Service is a joke. Ordered parts for a gas grill and wrong parts were sent. Put me in a automated que to their customer service dept when I called to report error. Was unable to take the call when they called me back three days later. In the voicemail I recieved, I was just redirected back to their website. Then never tried my phone number again.When I called the main company switchboard a week later, all they did was put me back in the automated customer service que, having to leave my information all over again.I bought and paid for these parts more than 2 weeks ago now and am still unable to use my gas grill.
