      Counseling is a space where couples and families are encouraged, supported, and stimulated towards growth and change. Counseling allows each member to voice their goals and concerns for the purpose of relationship enrichment. Old patterns within the relationship are challenged and new opportunities are discovered and stimulated.I believe that the current issue a family or couple is facing involves the system within which they live. Therefore, counseling incorporates all members of the family and both partners in a relationship. The external factors that we all deal with on a day-to-day basis are taken into account and no one is "blamed" for where their relationship currently stands or the issues they currently face.I provide a positive and active environment, allowing you and your family to discover and resolve your present problems in an engaging atmosphere. I utilize a brief, strength-based, collaborative approach to help you identify your goals and make the changes you want to see in as few sessions as you'd like. Together, we will improve the dynamics within your unique relationship and increase positive interactions, reduce conflict, and improve healthy communication. We will find your strengths and create the relationship that allows you and your family to function at your best.
