I called the office and spoke with a representative named Karen. I was having a very difficult time, my mom has been diagnosed with Alzhiemer's disease and my brother is Schizorphrenic. My mom has been my brother's only support and now she is unable to support herself. Very Scary. Ms. Karen was so compassionate and caring, she directed to me exactly where I should be.
