I had a group on for the Nutripex and Carb blocker so I made my appointment in theScottsdale AZ location with Dallas, the rep. He was 45 min late, I waited because I paid. When he got there he took my measurements and then tried to sell me another program, saying I would not be able to lose the 30-40 lbs I wanted to lose with just the program I bought on groupon. After 2 hours of high pressure, car dealership type interaction, I purchased the Phentermine for 600$. I was told that I would get a meal plan e mailed to me for the initial program I signed up for and that I needed to schedule an appointment with their doctor for the prescription. Once I got home and researched the drug and discovered it was an anphetamine and I decided to cancel my order. The contract said 24 hours to cancel with no questions asked. I e mailed Dallas and the center in Texas and asked for a refund. I got no response until Monday where he continued with the high pressure tactics. I refused, and said I would stick with the initial program of nutripex. He told me I needed to think about it and if he hadn t heard from me by the end of the day he would cancel my order. I told him he was hearing from me now, cancel the order. He told me I would still get the meal plan sent to me by the main office. I never got the meal plan, I had to call the texas office to get my refund and then it took almost a week. I do not reccomend this to anyone. While the nutripex is keeping my hunger down, there are other products that do the same without the hassle.
