I visited Jackson's Home & Garden today for the first time. I was so impressed ... such beautiful thi ngs for home and garden. I was there less than 5 minutes when a kind gentlemen said hello ... and asked how I was doing it. They introduced themselves to ... Hi I am the owner Bob Jackson. We had a wonderful conversation and he has a customer for life now! Thank you for the time today it was a pleasure!

We REALLY, REALLY wanted to like this place despite warning from a friend living nearby. We found a bench we liked at a great price, but they strung us along for two weeks without any return calls. We stopped by twice - still no updates. Just 'we'll call you' in the next couple of days/ Finally, I called back and was told they couldn't find our bench after all. I asked for a manager but she 'was out'. I asked her to call me back. Surprise! NO PHONE CALL. We won't go back but we will take our friend who tried to warn us out to dinner!
