looks nice but service is horrible me and my friend booked a hotel months ago in Charlotte for ravens game get here they are making us stay in a single bed room when we booked a double won't refund us and won't even bring me extra sheets to make a bed on the floor so now I have to spend More money on a blow up bed and blanket great.

By cab 5.00 fare to HP pavillion where all big events are held eg Sharks game , concerts etc, childrens museum, caltrain, and cab drivers smilingly take customers from Hilton to these places but when long fares to SFO Airport are checking out the firmer bell boy( ethopia/ Somalia) and the current bell boys especially the philipino/ Chinese guy openly call their friends , take cash 30% .the cab drivers waiting outside object in front of customers and scenes are created which spoil the reputation of Hilton and stress to Hilton customers. Sometimes customers baggage is shifted from one cab to another. Almost always the customers side up with cab drivers waiting.

I just came back from Hilton oceanfront Virginia Beach VA. A horrible experience. 1 day no room service, another day they didn't come unitl 5:00pm. "They didn't leave me coffee and had to walk down hall to ask maid for some. Sitting in lobby with 6 woman having coffee and housekeeping came over told us to get rid of our garbage. We only had coffee cups. I stayed 5 days and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed in room 1614. Also the handle on ;patio door is falling off. They also refused to let us use luggage carrier. We argued with them and they finally let us use it. Eating in restaurant the food was served cold. My whole vacation was ruined by the horrific experience
