I walked into Cowboy Toyota this past Saturday and was immediately greeted by Rodney Houston. From the minute I walked in I felt great about my time there. I had previously visited several other Toyota dealerships in the Dallas area and had felt discouraged about purchasing a new vehicle. Rodney made my purchasing experience great and easy. Vickie in the service department is both personable and informative. I went in for an oil change and a noise under the hood. Oil was changed and they made some belt adjustments and the noise is gone. Almost got 5 stars...but, they were out of coffee in the waiting room ;)

Just got my first new car from cowboy Toyota . Their custom service is so great. The sale man Rodney Houston is very patient and considerate. He explain everything clearly to us. I am going to recommend Cowboy to my friends who need a car. Let them just contact Mr. Rodney Houston to get everything easy.

I really enjoyed my experience with Lianne Mann at Cowboy Toyota! She was very nice and helpful. Even though I could not get the exact payment I was looking for she got me as close to as possible!!!! Helped my sister purchase a car from Chris Low from the internet sales department. She said "It was the first time ever that she enjoyed buying a car". It was a great car for a great price. Highly recommend them.
