We had a very good experience with All American Flooring on Alpha Rd. in Farmers Branch! Their selection of flooring was extensive with many choices to choose from. The men who did the installing of the floors were excellent! We liked that Sammy came by often to check on the progress of the work to make sure everything was going well. We would certainly use them again!

I've used All American 2 times and both experiences have been great. From Sammy the salesman to the installers, I couldn't be happier. The results have been consistently excellent.

I love my new granite countertops. I'm very happy I went with this company. 5 stars and I'm looking forward to ordering the new wood tile for my kitchen. Keep up the great work.

They did a great job installing my new laminate flooring. I liked the clear pricing and there were no surprises on my bill. They had the laminate I wanted in stock and installation was fast and problem free.

Be very careful using this company. On the surface they are/were very friendly, attentive, and professional. Their prices sound great. Then, when you make a decision to buy and they do the install, you get your bill. SURPRISE. Unbenownst to me, there was an extra charge of $400. More aggravating, the few repairs needed, they have been reeeeeally dragging their feet on, to the point of me wanting to pull my hair out. No follow through with customer service. Moses, the person who comes and does the inspection said he would come fix the things that needed repaired. Never heard from him again. Called and left him 3 messages, never heard back from him. I am very upset.



I will be updating this --because not only am I disappointed about the time and extra money but I am disappointed because I DID want to use them again. A majority of the work was great. Should not take fifteen phone calls and 5 weeks to get things finished up. We are talking SMALL details :(

These guys were great. I went to their Plano store and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I got the best price I could find on hand scraped hardwood and their installers did a perfect job. I couldn't be happier and I plan to use them again when I remodel my bathroom.

This is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. They ruined my floors and refused to take responsibility for their work. Even after they and I both hired an external inspectors to look at the floors and both agreed they were not installed according to industry standards and needed to be replaced, they refused and threatened to put a lien on my home unless I paid them. Do not use this contractor.

All American Flooring did a great job installing porcelain tile in our home. They have a very large selection of carpet, wood, laminate and tile. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Mr. Tarek Alkadri. He helped us to pick the right tile for our home. This is the second time we chose All American Flooring. Last year, they installed carpet in our upstairs game room, bedrooms and bathroom. In the near future, we will hire All American Flooring to replace the kitchen countertops and backsplash.
