Advanced did a fabulous job on repairing my foundation. They tunneled under my home, installed the piers, and leveled my house and jacked it up by hand. I wouldn't have believe it possible had I not seen it with my own eyes. The men completing the work were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. They even caught my two dogs once and put them back in the house when they escaped from the backyard. They installed proper drainage so the tunnels don't hold water and worked very quickly. As a retired aerospace quality engineer, I was skeptical of all the claims made by the many different foundation repair companies. Foundation repair is a significant investment regardless of who does the job, and having a transferable, lifetime warranty was prerequisite for future sale of my property. After thoroughly researching the various methods used, and the integrity of the company, I elected to use Advanced Foundation Repair. I was not disappointed. From initial contract signing to job completion and follow-up, their team delivered in timeliness, cost, customer service, and overall quality of the project. Highly recommended because a certified engineer came out at the exact appointment time and determined that no foundation work was needed. We were very impressed with his expertise, professionalism, and above all his honesty and integrity.
I'd gotten bids from a few foundation companies. Advanced in the mid-range, but the piers impressed me more than the others, as did the people. I'm very glad I chose them. The men did a great job, working around my flower beds to the best of their ability, and replanting anything that needed to be dug up. No company would guarantee the plants survival, and one company even refused to replant anything. Advanced not only did their best to be careful of my plants, they told me to pay special attention to them for the next several weeks, as it's the after care of the plants that helps them survive. I did, and my plants are fine. They also re-mortarted the cracks on the exterior, and did a great job doing so, matching what was already there (another thing that another company refused to do). I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. I also LOVE the LIFETIME transferable warranty.

They are very nice and very helpful... My estimator helped me understand more about foundations and was very honest and told me i didn't need any work done. I hired an engineer and he was right! Get ready to wait about 4 weeks for an estimate though!
Will not try to sell you work if you don't really need it.
