Service here is always fast, that's what I like. They also carry different types of oils and do extra services. I bring them my own oil and oil filter and they do it for $25 even. Not Bad for an suv vehicle. Alsothey don't check anything else on my vehicle though, I have to tell them to add air and washer fluid to my car, but they do it without a problem.

Stole my Disabled Person Placard. I have done business with this team for close to 5 years, it pains me to report them to their CORPORATE OFFICE but I must to protect other consumers. on 3-12-11, I drove my car to bank used my placard, put in visor, drove to this Ball Rd. Location, then drove home, parked car inside. Then drove my truck to this location for service. Got back in my car after and drove to mall, placard, gone. I call and ask if it had drop out, the person on the other end said he would check their lost and found, but not their. That was their chance to return my Placard. What is more dispicable then stealing from the DISABLED?

03-20-2011 it was closing time for this people I was shopping at Kohls and my car died I panicked, I was wih my 3 kids I decided to walk over and ask them for help. One gentle employee was not wearing uniform no more, greeted me and took me back on his car with my kids. He went to check on my car and made it start again, I got so happy, he also told me that my starter may go bad anytime, I said "really", he gave me a price range of $300, I found it reasonable and I took them the car to fix it. It was their kindness and eagerness to help that brought me to them, at least I had a good experience, unlike other people, just go in and try them for yourself. Thanks, Annie

I used to be a Jiffy Lube guy, but one day I tried this place out, about a year ago, and have been a loyal customer ever since. Great service, reasonable price, and friendly service.
