I should have looked into the reviews before ever going here! My first time appointment here went ok only because the x-ray technician was very professional and friendly. The Dr wasn't too approachable or friendly. After concluding my appointment, Dr said I needed to get some work done. In addition, I asked him I needed some cleaning due to the fact I have cement residue that was left on my teeth from my braces from a prior orthodontist. However, all the work that I need to be get done totaled out to $800, $400 for cement cleaning and the other $400 for the rest of the work that had to be done, which I am now even doubting if I even need the work they stated I need. After calling other dentists to obtain different pricing on the cement cleaning, I am only being charged $150 !!!!
I called their office and notified receptionist I wanted to cancel the cement cleaning and proceed with getting the rest of the work done because I had found another dentist who was only going to charge me $150 and the receptionist stated,"Dr will not see you if you don't get the cement done cleaning". Didn't bother to waste more time and asked her to just cancel my appointment, definitely not going back! They are a total rip off.

I have been to many dentist through out the years and each time, I only get the dental work done that I absolutely need and then I quit going. I have never met a dentist that I like, until now. Dr Le is the best. He is so gentle and understanding and really does care about you as a person not just a paycheck. I am a single mother and do not have a ton of extra money for my boys let alone myself. The staff has been wonderful to make sure that the dental work that I need fits into my monthly budget. We discuss every treatment plan very clearly and repeatedly until I fully understand what needs to be done, then, we work through the financial part. Most dentsist's will work through the finances first, to make sure you have enough money to keep coming back. I have had to have severe dental work done due to many years of neglect and I am still keeping all of my future appointments until My Smile is back. I would highly recommend my new dentist to everyone who will listen.

First off, I would like to start off and say thank you for the professionalism and the excellent experience that I had at your office. I will have to be honest and say that I was hesitant in going to your office but after the experience with you guys, I am really glad I did go. The dentist was extraordinary, I felt no pain whatsoever. Everyone from the receptionist to the manager all the way to the dentist were very professional and extremely helpful. Every question and concern were answered without any hesitation. It made me feel confident and comfortable being there. I have definitely recommended your office to everyone that I know. To top it off, the office was extremely clean, which definitely helped out. I had a great experience at this dental office, from the staff to the Dr's work. Everyone is very professional and friendly. The rooms are always clean and neat. I recommend this dental office to friends and family and if you’re looking for a family environment facility this is the place.

I definitely recommend this dental office. I've always get great customer service. I love that its always clean and when I go I never have to wait long to be seen by the Dr. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The Dr is very gentle I normally leave a dental office with pain all day after I get worked done and this never happens here. I love it! 2 thumps up!!

Beware... they wanted to charge me $414 to do deep cleaning. I asked them if that was my only option and/or if my insurance cover it.They told me that is the only option . Got home, called my insurance and they told me that my out-of-pocket cost is $104. When I call the dentist office back they admitted they were tacking on an extra $220 for extra service that my insur. did not cover (now they tell me). I've heard of some dentist offices being tricky and this may be one of them
