General Info

SRYF is the governing body for youth football & cheer associations: Curry Youth Football; Del Norte Youth Football; McKinleyville Youth Football, Arcata Youth Football, Hoopa Youth Football, Eureka Jr. League, Eel River Valley Football, Ferndale Youth Football, and Southern Humboldt Youth Football. The season starts the first week of August through mid-November. Open to children between 5-14 (Cheer) and 8-14 (Football), with weight restrictions for football. There are varying registration costs for each association. Please check out website for forms, links, or contact numbers for all associations. SRYF Board meetings are held the last Tuesday of the month at the Adorni Center. We try to promptly start at 7:00 pm. Public is welcome, but if you would like to discuss an issue you need to send an agenda request prior to the meeting to e-mail address listed on website
