My family and I were very disappointed in this facility. The staff was unprofessional and rude. The nurses ask "What do you want" (and not in a caring way), instead of "How may I help you". The care my mother received was poor to say the least. The resident in the other half of the room was not turned by the staff at all during the 6 hours we were there. Food was brought but sat covered and out of reach. No water was offered. She had a diaper on and at the end of the shift the 2 assistants asked her if she was wet. She replied she didn't think so and they walked away without checking. She was very wet, urine was running off the bed onto the floor toward my mother's bed. Also, they had put a diaper on my mother who did not need one. She had a foley catheter at that time and only needed help to the bedside commode (which we did). A sad place for anyone to be. I would not ever recommend this nursing home to anyone.
