horrible service. they couldn't care less. yeah I hate my job to but you learn to fake it around customers.

I have been recieving my medicine thru Walgreens for many, many years. After moving to a new location in North , I find out that the Pharmacy Manager makes the choice wether to carry brand name on certain prescriptions or not. I dont feel that should be his call!

My doctor is a qualified physician & I have been taking the same meds for many years for my disabilities & I know what works strongest & the longest, which takes care of me. But to find out that the Pharmacy Manager refuses to carry what I need, making it inconvienent for me because I have to drive further & sometimes even get a ride further out now just to get my meds.

I understand there is a drug problem in this nation & I hate that more than anyone. It makes it harder for us that truly need the meds.

I believe that if my Qualified Physician that treats my disabilities & knows me well, says I need a certain med then I should be able to get that med!!! I Dont believe that should be left up to a Pharmacy Manager!!!!!!
