bought new piece of equipment and mine goes in front of other places units great service work guys

great selection and prices the hourly rate is what to expect in line with most dealers could have got cheaper but i wanted it right thanks guys

Rediculous price of $100 per hour to work on my mower, which still doesn’t run right. Complete incompetence.

been doing business with them a long time and had a mower work on there they were great very fast and freindly even though they had to order the part i understand they work on them not build the parts for them so why ppl complain so much is beyond me but for me a great place to do business weather its repairs or buying new definetly will be back.

I had warranty work to be done on my Cub Cadet. I called this business to set it up, and asked if the part was in stock, they said it was. I took it in on a Friday and dropped it off, they said it would be done on Wednesday or Thursday. I called on the next Friday, and was told the part was ordered and would be there any time. I called back on Monday, got the same answer. After 10 days, I needed my mower and decided I would just do the work myself. When I went to pick it up I was told I would have to pay for the part “that I didn’t get” and the labor “that didn’t happen” or I could NOT get my mower back. Each time I spoke to them I was met with an arrogant attitude. I will NEVER patronize this business again..... How it has stayed in business this long is baffling to me.....
