      Established in 1995, the Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center features an on-site rehabilitation and sports medicine clinic. It offers a range of services, including medical classes and lectures, massage therapies, weight management and personal training. The center s aquatic facility includes indoor and outdoor pools. The Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center offers swimming, cycling and aerobic classes. It also provides baby-sitting, cardio resistance and cellulite training. The center organizes birthday parties and offers refreshments and paper products, as well as opportunities to participate in several activities. Its affiliate includes the Centegra Health System. The center provides online fitness tips and healthy recipes. It reserves bridge spas for baby showers, men and women outings and weddings.
