I was excited about the new ATM machines; that you no longer had to fill out an envelope when making deposits. The new system lets you deposit checks & cash directly into the ATM. Unfortunatley, I had a bad experience tonight. I was depositing cash when the ATM said "Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties"! I had deposited several hundred dollars, and now with no record of it! To make matters worse, a number to call flashed on the screen but was GONE by the time I located my phone. UGH!!!!!! Don't deposit cash in the new ATMs! The tellers are always nice at this branch...be sure to use them & not the ATM
