I highly recommend this center. When I first moved here to Crossville two years ago, the pollen was very high (unbeknownst to me!) My allergies were the worst they've ever been. After trying 2 allergy centers up north and not having any success I decided to give Dr. Ponder a try.I love the people that work for him, I love the way the system of getting your shots work. Very efficient. You are in and out. But, if you are alone and driving yourself you should wait at least 20 minutes to see if you have any acute after-affects. I had some several times and was sure glad I stayed, because they helped me with my coughing.So after about a year of receiving shots on a weekly, then bi-weekly basis I can actually say that I have hardly any problems with sinus, coughing, runny itchy eyes, runny nose and asthma.I can't thank the team enough for all they've done for me and I want everyone to know it. If I could I would shout it to the world!!!!!!!
