I went to a few visits with Dr. Robert Cain a few years ago and had a procedure done. The office staff were nice and the office itself was very high tech. Going in, the office staff and Dr. Cain said everything would be covered by insurance. When we left the last visit i thought everything was taken care of. THEN, a year later, we received a collection notice from a collection company stating we hadn't paid our bill and we paid it six months prior. I have paperworks to prove it. I called Dr Cain and his office stated that our insurance didn't pay it all and that we were responsible for it. I asked why we were not notified when they found out and they said not our responsibility to know if insurance paid. Last time I checked, that is their job!!! So a year and a half later, I'm still fighting with these ingrates! So, if you go to these people, make sure you have a good insurance company and have your representative's number on speed dial because You Will Need IT!!! TRUST ME!!!!!!!!
