COMANCO manages detached single-family dwellings, town houses, quadriplexes, triplexes and garden units throughout Maryland and Virginia. Its staff includes professional community association managers certified by the Community Association Institute. Its services include business contracting, property inspection, repair and maintenance, payment collection and the coordination of associations functions. COMANCO is located in Crofton, Md.
