The dogs are so well treated that when we are home and tell them they are going to see Adam they start to run around and cry excitedly. When we are driving up they can't wait to get out of the car and run into the waiting room. Adam is extremely dedicated to the dogs in his care to the extent that he doesn't even take vacations. We usually get the dogs go home baths because his prices are reasonable and it's so much easier than us bathing them.... but even the times that we haven't, the dogs came home as clean as when we dropped them off. Also, for our yellow lab, who sheds like crazy, the shed-less treatment is an absolute must. All I can say is I'd never trust our dogs to anyone else.
