General Info

Offering 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga classes daily, seven days a week. Therapeutic conditioning, and cardio/fat burning for all levels of fitness. Bikram certified instructors guide the students through a intelligently designed sequence of Hatha yoga postures, performed in our computerized hot room, maintaining 105 degrees and 40-50% humidity. Computerized circulation fans and exhaust system in place for maximum oxygen and fresh air. Our yoga flooring is anti microbal/ anti bacterial, comfortable and clean for the hot yoga enthusiast.
