Ordered a small $25 part for a chainsaw Pre paid in full. Asked when I would expect the part to come in since I was on a deadline, parts told me "no more than a week" I call at the one week mark and was told that it was not even ordered yet, Once I make my thoughts known the part was ordered. I was then told that there is now a $15 freight charge on a 1 lb part. Nothing like a 60% shipping charge on a $25 part and then having the business act like its no big deal when the dropped the ball on ordering in the first place.I would not recommend doing business with wise equipment and sales in crestview Fl. My business will be taken other places

My wife took our equipment in to be serviced and she went on and on about how helpful the staff was since I could not be there to answer pertinent questions. They have always been extremely helpful in my past experience.
My experiences with Wise Equipment have been great, I've never had an issue with service or the prices. Let's be real, lawn mowers, tractors, etc. aren't the cheapest items you'll purchase in your lifetime. But at Wise, I always feel like I'm receiving a great deal and leave knowing that I can feel confident about my purchase.
My experience with the family owned business Wise Equipment has been excellent!!! The owner is very fair in his prices; he also strives to meet customer satisfaction. They have friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond to make sure you're happy when you leave! I wouldn't shop anywhere else, I love these guys!
You need to know that this is a high price items along with bad service department place. The owner will back his service department even if they put on the wrong part on to your engine. If you must go to this place make sure you place your purchase on a credit card if you run into a problem. This way your will have the backing of buyers protection. My advice is to just shop at a more respectivable store.
