Dr Sylvestri has been our family dentist for as long as I can remember. Unlike some, he is wise enough to tell you that certain procedures are best performed by a specialist in doing that procedure. If so he will give you recommendations of specialists that he has confidence will give excellent care and he has heard positive feedback from patients he has made referrals to that specialist. He is also willing to give you several options if available rather than recommend the most expensive one.
