Have been a patient since 1992 of Dr. Stepanow, he is a very caring and knowledgeable man. I wish I could say the same of the staff. When you call for an appt it takes three months to be seen. They then give attitude when it's something that can not wait. After driving over an hour to see him for my appt, as I am noticeably sick and in pain, the staff said sorry but we scheduled you for next week, can't help you. When I made the appointment I double checked and a week ago I called in to verify once more. I will no longer be a patient and Hope he understand what his staff is doing to him.
