Our single-story assisted living and memory care community has been part of charming Cramerton, North Carolina since 1999. With our caring, socially rich atmosphere and picturesque location, Elmcroft of Cramerton offers a lifestyle of comfort and convenience. We provide help with day-to-day tasks like incontinence and medication management as well as dressing, bathing and dining.
