RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. My wife hired this company to repair some ducts under our house while I was deployed with the Army. The company did not complete the work that was agreed upon. Ok, so there was a miscommunication and we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Upon receiving the invoice for the work, it was a flat fee and a little high. Not broken down whatsoever. Ok, so maybe some places do business this way and maybe it cost a little more than expected. Again, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. My wife asked Mr. Dunigan himself for a breakdown of the work done by materials and labor...not an unreasonable request given the circumstances. You would have thought we had shot the man's dog! He was rude, argumentative and did not want to disclose what he had actually done. Now, I believe this man was trying to deliberately hide the fact that the work he did do did not amount to the work he charged. Even still, we had his technician begin work on a separate issue that had to be fixed. Mr. Dunigan called him in the middle of the repairs and told him to put it together as is and leave at which time the technician put Mr. Dunigan on the phone with my wife while I listened over skype from my deployment. Again, this man was rude and unprofessional and told my wife to "tear up the invoice" and that he wanted "nothing to do with underneath of the house." My wife didn't say a word! Unfortunately, there are enough customers needing HVAC services that it doesn't hurt business by being rude to the customers you depend on...there's always someone next in line. I do not recommend this company.

My hustband has used them in the past and they have done a good job but then they came out to our home after we told them the problem Mr. Dunagan said it was the fan gone bad and after 400.00 later and one week later we told him the air stopped working again. He came back out to our home and said the compressor went out and he would call us back to let us know what the cost was he guesstemated 1200-1800 bucks but we could not get him to call us back after two days. We were going to put a stop payment on the check because he sold us something we did not need and was going to cherge us the large amount of money for what the real problem was. We call Gilliam services in Pacolet he came out on a Saturday did not charge us a dime and he got us a new unit for 900 dollors. I will never call Dunagains again. BEWARE!!! He is a rip off
