I'm writing this for my grandfather. "I had an old lock on a sliding door that I needed a key for. When Jeff took the old lock off to make the key, it practically fell apart. Instead of trying to sell me a "new" lock that wouldn't match the one on the adjacent sliding door, he took it with him and found an old hardware store that had one gathering dust on a shelf somewhere.
He could have sold me 2 new locks. But instead found an old geezer an old lock to match the one I had. He only charged me for the keys and what the Hardware Store charged him for the lock. NO MARKUP!"

They actually showed up on time. They told us what we didn't need instead of trying to sell us everything under the sun. We saved over a hundred dollars to get our home secured than another company said it would cost. They were very honest and I recommended them to do work for my boss.
