There are some great people who really love their jobs at Southwest Orthodontics. There are also some serious issues. The Carroll offices are always dusty and their are trays of dusty tools lying around in each room we've been in. I don't think, or at least I hope they don't actually use these tools! The waiting room has been crammed every time I've been there and it has the feeling of going through an assembly line. There is only one office assistant, so think again if you want a receipt at your time of visiting. Even if you phone ahead for a receipt, you have to be very specific if you are hoping for enough details to be reimbursed by your flex plan. However, the Orthodontist and the assistants all seem quite competent and helpful, it's just the dirty, crowded environment really is offputting.

Nice atmosphere. Great, friendly people. Great service. I had a few problems with my braces and they were very helpful and understanding. And now, almost 4 years later, I've had to call and ask some more follow-up questions about my retainers, and they were very informative and still very friendly and understanding. I would deffinately reccomend them :)
