Generally very satisfied! One thing that should be instucted is after and inch or two of water get all wrinkles out of the pool liner.
I needed help with my hot tub (which I regretfully didn't purchase from Aqua Palace - shame on me!) They were so kind to help me out, even when I didn't purchase my hot tub from them. I looked at their Marquis Spas and I know they are a fantastic manufacture, but I went cheap and bought a lower quality (and price) spa and I regret it every day. So thankful for their kindness though - I will be a customer for life & I WILL purchase my next spa from them, no questions!
Company has always taken care of my hot tub very well. I'm a business man myself and understand that you get what you pay for. Love supporting local, family owned businesses.
Recently had a pool installed and they did a fantastic job!! We went all over Omaha to find the perfect pool store and they were right here in Council Bluffs! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I purchased a used spa from Aqua Palace several months ago and I loved it! The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was I wished I had gotten a bigger tub. After talking with the owner (Scott I believe was his name), I decided to purchase a new spa from them. He took the entire amount I had paid on the used spa and discounted that from the new spa. I now have a Marquis spa and simply love it! Aqua Palace's staff was very professional and friendly and would recommend all my family and friends to check them out!

Very dissatisfied with this company we have a slide we paid $2500 due to safety reasons for our grandchildren the we received is to small we do not want to put the slide up they will not take the slide back we were told the owner would call us and he had not. The salesman yelled at me on the phone which was very rude. Please think twice before buying from this company.
Very helpful and friendly staff! They always answer my questions and help me find the products I need to solve my issues. We love our spa and are so glad we bought it from them! My husband and I are looking at getting a pool soon and we will be stopping by and getting one from them! Can't wait till summer comes again!
