I don't know how or why but Dr. Burnett is always happy to see you. It's not phony either. He is happy guy that likes people. He is caring and concerned and really wants the best for his patients and it shows. Staff is good too. They work with you, answer questions and if they don't know the answers they find you the answer and get back to you. Staff is never crabby either which is nice because nothing is worse than a crabby reception or a hygienists having a bad day working on you. You can tell they all get along and like each other. It's a family atmosphere. Dr. Burnett explains what is going on very well and he is a comfortable guy to be around. He knows what he is doing and gives you options when there are options. I never feel he is looking at me as a cash cow. He only gives you what you need or tries to work with the priority needs of what you can afford and that is refreshing. I never feel like anyone is pushing me into anything.

Dr. Burnett solved many problems for my husband, from extractions, to creating a bridge, and many more. He has a caring attitude along with great skill in solving many dental issues. His staff is very caring as well.
