High recommend I've been coming here almost a year very friendly staff make you feel very comfortable.

Highly recommended need a ton of work done and they made it comfortable and did great work.

Had an abscessed tooth pulled before given any antibiotics. The infection was really bad and of course it caused a lot of pain. When I first arrived they shoved a chart in my face asking me to agree to having work done on my teeth. I put my faith in them and signed. After signing I was told I had to have 3 teeth pulled and I was only aware of one. I went ahead with their decision and had the work done. Afterwards the dentist told the hygienist to print out prescription's for antibiotics, pain medication and a mouth rinse. I left there without looking at the Rx because I was in pain. It wasn't until after I went home that I realized there was no antibiotics and they gave me a pain Rx that I told them I'm allergic too. I ended up going to the ER because my face had become so swollen and the pain was unbearable. Needless to say...the doctor at the ER was not impressed with this dentist either.

My dad is 86 years old. It was hard to get him out of the house and take him anywhere. He had a terrible toothache. I was able to take him and and see Dr. Evalt. He took his time with my dad and offered him coffee too. I recommend this office to everyone. Very family oriented.

My first visit was mediocre but wait was over 45 min before I was called in.

Looks like someone made a full time job out of posting terrible reviews on their website. Find a job so you are not on walfare getting free stuff. At least you can do is be greaful that everyone else pays for your visits. Also Efda have a license to practice too :)) I would love to just say keep it up affordable smiles and don't let this moron that is consumed and posting 10 review a day get you down!! You guys rock

Was not happy they blurted out my name address and personal information at their window. Then when sitting in the waiting roomn the secretary slams the window when I looked up from my book.

Can someone tell me why Dr Evalts office would get prior Auth from my insurance company for work that I didn't even agree to have done? I told them at my next visit i would let them know if i wanted to go thru with it and if i did we could schedule an appt for it. Thats sneaky n just plain wrong! I would rate 0 stars on this if I could. i will not return n my insurance company is looking into there procedures on prior authorizations. How is that for happy!!!

Its nice to go to a office that has happy staff, but my main concern would be that the work on my teeth is done accurately. Wouldn't your?

Got a question. If an EFDA is generally more precise and detailed than the Dr himself, why does the Dr hold the main licensing. Why do we need the dentist at all then?? Keep adding more 5 stars reviews Dr Evalt Staff...lol..

Who wants to go to a place where they are serious and just unhappy. Recommend dr Evalt to everyone

It's called an EFDA.. It's personal that fills and restores teeth that densit drills. These people have extensive training and are most of the time more precise and better at detail while doing procedure then the dr him self. Keep up the good work affordable smiles staff

Took my 8 yr old in and yeah the dentist made her laugh and was nice, but was not happy that someone other than the dentist filled her tooth? What's up with that?

Went on to see Dr Evalt filled tooth was ok nothing special. Didn't care for noisy, small rooms, and long wait tho.

I am so greatful that Dr Evalt sees kids, my son is autistic and required a lot or skilled people to be treated correctly. Thank you so much for making him feel safe. We are definitely coming back :)))
