Unfortunately, I have come to the need of using the option to freeze my account for the time being. The front desk was very understanding and more than happy to explain the procedures that would come about. I am very disappointed that at this time I need to "freeze" my account, and will surely miss coming in. I hope this is just very temporary for me.

I use Jessie as my therapist 90% of the time and as always, she exceeds my expectations of a complete massage. She is always very caring and seems to make sure she takes the time to relieve all the tense muscles necessary.

Niki made me feel especially valued. While I haven't had a massage in over seven months because of extensive reconstructive back surgery, historically I've gotten massages at least twice a month. She was very personable and friendly, and repeatedly checked with me re the massage, yet she didn't fill the time with small talk; she let me relax. And, the music was great.
