I feel compelled to write a review. I don't do this often. But need set record straight. This honest owner and respectful workers here. It is hard to say this about alot repair center here. I have to been to lot of them and walk out because lack of honesty or compent employees.

I am uncertain why the negative remarks are here. Sound like personally issue not work quality issye. You need consider the source.

I had remarkably great experience. They RnR my engine after it die at 276,000 miles. Ford system allowing to limp home, failed. So much for Ford system. The vehicle has served me well and I am technically competent to judge the work done. Willie lead technician did superb job. And customer service it was professional, honest and respectful. I am repeat client of this business.

I have taken my vehicle's into this shop for years always honest and fair prices they stand behind their work, and as far as their customer service I have never had a problem and I personally appreciate honesty over sugar coating a problem

First of all never come to this auto shop! On Google i searched CORONA CHEAP SMOG CHECK and I got this place advertising $35 smog check. They had me bring them my car back and forth to the shop 5 times because they could not finish what other shops can do in half a day. They also ended up charging me additional fees that weren't on the invoice, totaling about $400.

Seriously the manager has some real big self issues. I cant believe this shop is being run by this guy who has no skill in customer satisfaction.

How could you guys not see how inefficient this shop is? Maybe because all you had done was a smog check?

Do yourself a favor and research before you come here, you will see I'm not the only one unsatisfied with this shop.

One of the worst auto repair experiences I've had in over 20 years. I was attracted by the super-cheap smog check, but cheap always comes with a cost... When my car did not pass the smog inspection, I asked if they could fix the source of the issue. Manager scribbled down an estimate, and when I asked for a breakdown of the cost, the manager sarcastically asked me to calculate the costs, which I calculated to be an astronomical $90 an hour. When I mentioned I was on a budget, they stated that they could not adjust the component that was causing the issue and would need to replace the entire part. (I later learned that a family member had taken the same car to another garage, which charged only $30 to adjust the component.) After they 'fixed' the source of the issue for $250 total, my check engine light went on. I brought it in the following week, and they mentioned that the electrical wiring to the part they replaced was defective. The wiring was fine before I brought it into their garage. To cap things off, after I waited 4 hours for the repair, which the manager claimed would only take a few hours, the manager called me and mentioned he would only accept cash, not credit. Luckily, I had cash on me; otherwise, I would have been stranded and forced to walk the ATM. They had also advertised on the Web that they participated in California's Consumer Assistance Program, which provides assistance for smog repairs. I forgot to inquire initially, and when I brought the program up later, they mentioned they could not participate because I had not mentioned the program when I first decided on the repair. They mentioned that the state requires a more thorough battery of tests than the one they run (inferring that they did not conduct a thorough smog check), and to participate in the program, they would need to re-run the smog check and charge me twice for the check. Run, do not walk, from this shop. Shoddy service, shoddy work, dishonest staff.
