I am student there and none of this is true!!!! You are allowed to wear a bra! I do. My experience is awesome. I recommend this school. I recommend summer camp and classes.

Great for young kids and older kids! When my daughter was young, every class captured her imagination, she couldn't wait to go back each week. As she grew, the school offered a large variety of styles of dance, she never got bored. When she went to college, even though she was going for sociology, she was offered a $3,000 a semester dance scholarship! It was definitely a great pay off for so many years of dance classes.

okay i used to be a student at the dance design school in cornwall new york. First off i would like to say that the school is filled with snotty people and the teachers do nothing about it. When a student tries to make a suggestion the teacher does nothing but yell and throw a fit. (i know this by expirience ). Then there is the body image, if a girl feels uncomfortable in the revealing and uncomfortable pink leotards that they are forced to wear they should be able to wear a small t shirt just to cover what they are uncomfortable about. At the age of 11- 13 girls are going through puberty and maybe they feel uncomfortable not being able to wear a bra to cover themselves, it is unfair that these girls cannot be comfortable while they are dancing. The teachers also favor certain students and do not give all the students equal time. If i were a mother and my child wanted to start dancing i would not send them to the dance design school of cornwall new york. I do not recommend your child going to this school. I definetly think that people should listen to this review because i know all of these things by personnal experience. I thank you for taking the time to read this review.
