Brought in two fur coats to be altered. Was promised like a 3 week turnaround. It took 5 months!! And it was not that good of a job. Some of the extra mink that was cut off a coat was to be made into a vest for free because I waited so long. That never happened either. I picked up the mink pieces months later.
