Purchased a hair relaxer kit two weeks ago today I opened the box to find that the activator bottle had leaked out and wasted into the box. Receipt was trashed two weeks ago ( because why would I need to keep a receipt for a relaxer I thought ). Called the store only to be lied to ( we can’t put up a receipt from two weeks ago that’s to long and no we will not exchange it. ) Not that it will make a difference but my family and I will never shop there again. After writing review noticed that one star has already been given that I didn’t give and that I can’t remove.
