Conway HVAC Services install a brand new air conditioner and heating at home and did not change my old ducts out and therefore I was getting no cold air for the price of $8,000.00. I called and left several messages no one replied back to me until I asked to speak to Mr. Conway himself and gave him an ultimate to have my contract void if the problem was not corrected ASAP. They also tried to give me a smaller air conditioner unit then what they took out of my house. I would not recommend them for any services in the future to anyone.
Matthew G. did an awesome job installing replacement Water Heater and explained everything clearly and kept me updated the whole time.
Customer Beware.. Plumber came out because my renter was having water back up from washer, plumber could not find a problem but quoted me $200 to clean all the lines in the house, I said no thanks, so I paid service call fee, me and the renter found a blockage in drain line so I called Conway back told the lady about needing the one drain unstopped, asked would it be cover under the $99 special she say yes, plumber shows up and says $215 to unclog the one drain, Conway wasted my gas and time, will never use again...

I highly recommend Conway Services. I have dealt with many different service people over years from different companies but never encounter such professionalism as I did with Conway Services; from the service person I talked to on the telephone to the tech person they sent out. I needed a water heater replace and they sent out a tech within an hour of my call. The tech person (Bruce B.) was thorough in his explanation of my old water heater, gave me couple of different options, explanation of the differences and estimates. I appreciated his time to explain everything to me. Bruce worked non-stop until the job was complete. Bruce did a fabulous job with the replacement as well as cleaning up after his job was complete.

I recently had a pipe burst under my slab that needed to be repaired. Of course, I called Conway Services because they are professional, reliable, and have already proven themselves with other maintenance needs in my home. Chris A and Josh K came to do the work and boy did they do a great job!! They explained what they were going to do, patiently answered my questions (and I had LOTS of them!), and made sure I was satisfied with the work done before they left. They made a special effort to prep the area to protect my belongings and cleaned up very well after the job was completed. I would strongly recommend this company and these fellows for Any plumbing needs. I will request them again if needed in the future.

While the technician who came out to diagnose the problem was very nice, the "comfort specialist" they insisted sending out was not. All he did was tell us how we needed a completely new system ($4500-6000), and didn't want to hear us when we told him THREE TIMES we were not in the market for that, nor could we afford that. We needed a new coil, period. He was very pushy, very demanding and would not take no for an answer. He promised someone would call us on Monday with a quote for the work that needed to be done. No call was ever made or received. Will NEVER use this company or recommend them to anyone!
Response to my repair request was quick and courteous. Philip J arrived and quickly gave me the options, best case and worst case. Then he used his skill and experience to make the situation best case. Fantastic job, and they will get my future plumbing business.

He introduced himself, donned the work booties, assessed the situation, prepared the proposal and went right to work, He was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards as well as restarting the dishwasher, since it ]was involved. I've never had anything but top-notch work from Conway or their representatives. They should be proud to have technicians like Michael C.
Willie G was very polite and courteous. He found an issue with my air conditioner that had it not been fixed could have resulted in serious damage to the unit and possibly my entire home. I'm very pleased with his service and Conway Services as a whole.

I scheduled an appointment with Conway Services to get my garbage disposal replaced. From start to finish, the experience was pleasant. The dispatchers and Customer Service Reps were very polite, courteous, and cheerful. They called back to even follow-up on the appointment. Bruce Bates was the plumber who replaced our garbage disposal and he was fantastic. You'd be surprised how many technicians don't introduce themselves properly--but Bruce did. He wore booties before he entered my house. And he asked good questions about the problems we were facing with the old garbage disposal and went right to work. He kept his work area clean and provided some tips on how to keep our disposal at optimal condition and troubleshoot any problems that may occur in the future. Very professional from start to finish! I'll request Bruce specifically the next time I call Conway for my plumbing needs.
I had Conway out to look at replacing my system. This was the second time I had called them and Rob was just as courteous and professional as the first tech (Bruce). You can tell by the attention to detail and their commitment to dotting every i and crossing every t, the techs and reps at Conway must go through extensive customer service training. It seems to be the culture there. The people on the phone were the same way. I'll keep using Conway because I feel like they're honest and competitively priced. That, and I know I'll be treated as a valued customer. What more could you want?
We love Conway Service! Bruce B. was our service specialist, and like previous visits he was thorough, professional and courteous. He was so nice to our family and our dog too! He did plumbing work for us in addition to the yearly plumbing check up and we are very happy with everything. We won't go with anyone else but Conway Service for plumbing and air conditioning.
Devin C. and Brent installed my furnace, my A/C and thermostat, WOW! They did a fantastic job! They were on time, courteous, and professional! The workmanship was impeccable! They moved a drain pipe that was unsightly without me having to ask and were very conscientious of the placement of a return vent. That impressed me! Devin explained to me everything that was done and how to operate the thermostat, how to shut off the gas, the Aprilaire system and changing the filter, and the purpose of the floater switches. These men knocked my socks off (no easy task since I have horse hooves for feet, they're huge-lol) and I couldn't be more pleased with my new system! Thanks Devin and Brent for the great work! You guys rock!!
