Stopped at the Pilot in Cordele, Ga (Store #416 with my wife and 3 grandaughters on 23 Jan 2016 at 6:58 PM. Visited the Arby's located within the terminal for a late evening meal. I didn't get the clerk's name (Clerk 811) but she was terrible!! Very rude. Specifically asked for Arby's BBQ sauce for the 6 sandwiches and all the potato cakes and she gave me three!! Of course this is the status Quo at all Arby's. With there costs you would think that sauce when be given a little more freely!! Were we to share a packet? The food was great but the service was terrible. An experience like that may sway me to visit another fast food in Cordele!!
Roast beef is awesome, cheese sticks have gotten lots better since they opened (a lot less greasy), and service is great. You can go up there at 3am, and they're still nice to you! Oh and jamochas are amazzzing!
