Front office is very unprofessional and very rude.....when someone is trying to explain something and the woman taking appointments said Sorry and hangs up with letting the she needs to check her attitude at the door before she starts work and be professional and listen to the patient......can't wait to get on FB and Twitter...and tell this about how rude it is to hang up on someone!!!!!!!! Dr Cass in one of the best Drs I have talked to....
