i recently used globe parking again , which i always use when going 2 the airport. i always use some sort of coupon & never have had problem , i'm always quoted over the phone what my exact total will b so i no ahead of time ..i called was quoted $ 26.00 with coupn as my final cost , when picked up car was told it was a higher price . needless 2 say i was not happy , this has never happened n the past .we liked globe up 2 this point , but not sure if we will use them again , there r other airport parking places n the vicinity.i will say the man that works during the day with dark hair , don't no his name , is nice , did not like the man at night. also if there is a surcharge u should let people no ahead of time instead of springing it on them when they pick up there cars.....thank you

We were very satisfied with the service form Globe, except for the fact that on our pickup to the airport, the driver was very reluctant to come to the lower level of the Super 8 Motel to pick up my daughter and I, who are both unable to climb hills or stairs, even after the motel people told him it was impossible for us to do that. Finally he did drive down. Our drivers on both trips drove very safely and unloaded our baggage. Perhaps some training in handicapped service is needed.

Love this place. It's not far from the airport, has AAA discounts, and they even warm your car and wipe off the snow for you!

Sometimes standing above the competition means courteous, reliable, & outstanding customer service. Used Globe since the '90s. Never a problem, my vehicle is warm and ready to go.

I have used Globe off and on for years. They are respectable and honest and stand behind any damage that happens while in their lot. Their drivers are courteous and helpful.

I have used Globe Airport Parking for years. They are top notch in customer service. My favorite part of using their parking service is they have your vehicle washed and ready for your arrival to Pittsburgh. The shuttle drivers are very curious and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
