Dr. Teman started medical school at age 17, and graduated a 7 year medical program from Albany Medical College in 1986. After completing residency at Cornell's neurology program (North Shore University Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center) he went on to do a year of EMG Fellowship at (Diagnosis and EMG/NCV testing of peripheral nerve disorders) at North Shore University Hospital. After completing training he came down to Coral Springs in 1991, when Coral Springs was just growing. He has been in solo practice for over 25 years. He does all EMG/NCV testing himself (No technician is used) and works with several local orthopedic and rheumatological specialists for evaluation and treatment of various peripheral nerve disorders, from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, to more complicated disorders such as brachial plexus injuries, etc. Active in most aspects of general neurology such as MS, Epilepsy, Headache, Stroke, Spinal Disorders, etc. Published in several major medical journals. Teacher for local medical school and residency programs.
