Service for my Mercedez SUV was a breeze. I met with my service mgr who had all the paperwork ready to go. Even my loaner!! Everyone greeted me with a smile and were super curteous!! And when I picked up, my car was spotless and I had a little note with a cold water bottle waiting in my car!! Nice touch!! Thank you.

II told my husband that MBCG has really stepped up their game. There was no wait to see the adviser. The loaner came immediately. The loaner was a mercedes. Usually it is a rental from enterprise. I received an e-mail when the car was ready. Call a number. I did when I rode up my car was downstairs. A young man took the loaner when I drove up and told me to get any advisor and they would get my key. I met Tony Fuentes at the door and he got my key 7 min. Max. The car was cleaned and a cold bottle of water. MB has stepped up their game.

Service is pretty amazing, really sets the bar height. Most personnel are friendly and the service is quick.
