      Lan Ramen-Ya is the newest concept in our family of restaurants. Ramen-Ya blends authentic Japanese ramen traditions with fun modern interpretations. Our goal is to give you the best ramen eating experience. This means we source the highest quality ingredients and we don’t compromise or take shortcuts. We use exclusively sakura pork belly, a Japanese breed known for having a sweet clean flavor and lean rosy pink meat, organic eggs for our delicious soft boiled ajitama, and the best fresh noodles from Sun. Whether it’s a rich white pork broth tonkotsu ramen or a refreshing vegetarian garden ramen with a tofu burger, we’ve got all the ramen lovers covered. If ramen is not your thing, try one of our delicious fried rices or load up on our tasty appetizers.
