Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies is a locally owned and operated group of restaurants that has been doing business in the Twin Cities since 1975. Its menu includes award-wining pizzas, hot hoagies, lasagnas, calzones, salads, breadsticks and desserts. The group s restaurants provide dining, takeout and delivery services. Established in 1975 as Pontillo's Pizzeria, Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies has grown to more than 20 food establishments and has over 1,000 employees. Its pizzas are baked in brick ovens. The group also offers a variety of red, white and pink sauces. Its hoagies are broiled and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and garlic butter. Additionally, the group s restaurants provide semiprivate rooms that can each accommodate up to 60 guests. Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies, with a location in Coon Rapids, Minn., also offers catering services for weddings, graduation parties, business lunches and retirement dinners.
